A November night about 8:30
Bri's not here but we're so damn thirsty
Another round of pints then off to dance
Emma moved and Soph can't make it
Sue and andrew both have flaked out
But we've only got six short hours to make it right
For one night only let's just
Dance until our soles wear thin
And sing until the birds join in
Forget about our cares and live tonight
Thirty came round fast like lightning
I still feel young and I still feel frightened
Haven't quite got the hang of growing up
If I've learnt something from these thirty one years
It's money is shit and we've all got fears
So raise your pint and join along in time
For one night only let's just
leave your cares
and night with me
let’s lose our way
no dignity

There's something irresistibly fun going on with these young ladies, that makes me want to jump right in and bounce and squeal... whatever they're singing about, crank it up! Rodent

Lovely album, Fresh have really honed their sound without losing the joy of the early stuff. The album runs to about half an hour, which I also like (cf. It's a shame about Ray). Sam Baguley
